WARDOGS Cargo & Logistics Guide: Trade Runs, Trucks, and the Supply Game

The quick answer

Logistics is a first-class role in WARDOGS. The community's standard money/XP route: Ural trade runs at roughly 1,000-2,000 XP per run (community-reported). Trucks keep FOBs supplied, and in a mode decided by zone control, the faction with better supply lines usually wins.

Why logistics wins matches

Control Zone scoring (1 point per 30 seconds holding a zone, first to 100 — official FAQ) means sustained presence beats burst plays:

  1. FOBs need supplies — a forward base without runs dries up (see FOB guide)
  2. Trade runs fund the war — the XP and money from logistics feeds the whole faction's gear (see money farming)
  3. Driver XP bottleneck — if you want to level driving, note the community finding that APC driving is the only effective driver XP source (see driver XP)

Ambush reality

Convoy routes get hunted — the community's looting mechanics make dead drivers lose cargo (see teammate looting). Armored variants exist for exactly this reason.
